We’ll host a BOGO event just for your cafe. Every customer who uses Baristi to order gets a second drink, free. It’s the perfect way to drive app usage, foot traffic, and customer delight – all on us.

Once we launch, your cafe will receive a dedicated push notification blast to every user in your city – TWICE. One week apart. Featuring your cafe and a custom offer to drive new visits.

We know you’ve crafted a system that works, and we integrate with it, not around it. No commitments. No minimums. No subscriptions. If your cafe’s a fit, you can join and try it — entirely risk-free.
Integrations with POS systems
Already using Square or Clover? Perfect. Baristi integrates in minutes, syncing your menu, orders, and inventory directly with your system. Toast? It’s on the way. Integration is coming this fall. Prefer more flexibility? Our dedicated Vendor App lets your team manage orders on a phone or tablet and print order labels with ease. Many cafes mix and match using our app alongside their POS to create the ideal workflow behind the bar.
Boost Visibility and Orders
Only exceptional independent cafes are selected for our platform — chosen through firsthand experience, industry research, and trusted recommendations. If your cafe is featured, it’s because we believe it truly stands out. All featured cafes appear in our discovery feed and drink ratings, but partner cafes can enable order-ahead to drive a typical 15% lift in orders. Our built-in loyalty program keeps customers coming back — no extra devices, no added complexity.
Marketplace Model -- Easy Tax Reporting
Baristi makes order facilitation hassle-free by acting as the marketplace for any orders we process. We handle all sales tax and tax reporting on your behalf, so you can focus on what you do best: serving great coffee.
No Fees, No Cost to Join
Baristi is free for cafes—no sign-up fees or ongoing costs. Once your cafe fulfills 10 drinks via the app, we ask that you cover every 10th drink—like a loyalty program. After all, we're your biggest regular.
Processing Fees Same as Square
We apply a small credit card processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢/order, the same as Square, Clover or Toast's processing for online orders and way better than Doordash, UberEats or Grubhub. That's it! Sales proceeds are paid twice montly. Additional payouts can be requested anytime via the app for a 50¢ fee.
